Report Illegal Activity

Second-Hand Goods Act No.6 of 2009 Section 22(1).

As a dealer in second-hand goods, you have a responsibility to report any suspicious activity to the authorities.

When to report:

You must report to the police immediately if you:

• Suspect that someone has provided false information (e.g. name, address, documents)
• Believe that goods offered to you are stolen
• Notice that an item's appearance has been tampered with to conceal its identity
